Rockwell Ridge Business Park Draper
RRBP is a Retail & Industrial business park located on 14600 S and Porter Rockwell Blvd. Offering a mix of warehouse, flex, and retail space for a multitude of businesses. Brandon Johnson was involved in locating this opportunity and developing/building two of the retail buildings, involved in the design of the building, and recruiting four of the current tenants.
Magna Hampton Project
Magna Hamptons was an 80-unit development in Magna, UT. The team was tasked with marketing the final 20 units, along with the color selection and design. We also assisted in amending the plat to add 10 additional units and selling the build-to-ready lots. This project turned out to be a fantastic addition to the city of Magna.
Wintergreen Group Tooele
The Wintergreen Group land in Tooele, UT, started as 100 acres of vacant land and the insight of how commercial real estate expands. We have currently developed and sold to Mountain West Medical Center, Rocky Mountain Care, Top Stop Chevron, Home Depot, Tooele School District, and other great businesses, and are currently in the works. We currently have 28 acres of land in various stages of development.
Rockview Development Moab
The Rockview Development started as 7 acres of sagebrush on Hwy 191 on the South End of Moab, known as Spanish Valley. Having changed the entitlement to all Nightly Rentals, this project is poised to be a luxury townhome development or resort hotel. This unique property is one of the last parcels of privately owned property before the vast expanse of BLM land heading South to Monticello.
